Canada Needs Strong Voices in Parliament
Let’s be clear, if Mark Carney wins a super-majority and Pierre Poilievre is the only one across from him, Canadians will get the worst of both—and working people will pay the price.
The NDP have always been there to hold governments accountable and work hard for you. We need to continue having our strong voices at the bargaining table.
Carney’s Liberals are planning over $28 billion in cuts.
That means fewer nurses, longer wait times, and deeper cracks in a health care system already stretched thin.
Poilievre won’t stop those cuts—he’ll cheer them on.
New Democrats are ready to fight back. In our first budget, we’ll demand:
Investment in public health care: family doctors, more nurses, and universal Pharmacare.
Action on affordability: real rent control, grocery price caps, and stronger EI.
Tax fairness: billionaires paying what they owe.
A firm line on trade: no deals that threaten health care, workers’ rights, or Indigenous rights.
Because budgets are choices—and NDP MPs are the only ones choosing to protect what makes Canada, Canada.
In London-Fanshawe, Lindsay Mathyssen is the only one who will fight for you in Ottawa!
